Building physical strength and endurance help to build confidence in a player both on and off the field. Working on your confidence is an investment in you as a player, but this skillset is transferable to everything you do in life: business career, relationship and any other performance activity you engage in. Confidence may be the single greatest asset for you as a football player. Football also boost your self-esteem, regardless of the level at which you are competing.
A good high school football player can turn that skill into a free college education. That’s an option in other sports but none have as many opportunities as football.
