5. Brushing after you eat and brushing too hard
Brushing quickly after you eat and brushing too hard will remove the enamels that are protecting your teeth. You need to wait for at least 30 minutes after you take your meal to brush your teeth. After you eat the ph level of your mouth might get higher which will be neutralized by saliva that your mouth produce within 30 minutes. Otherwise the chances of your enamel wearing out gets higher.
You should not exert more force than necessary while brushing your teeth. The debris left or stuck at teeth does not require more force to come out. And you cannot whiten your teeth in one day so stop brushing too hard. Otherwise you will lose enamels and encounter sensitivity issues as inner teeth gets exposed.

Drinking milk and fruit juices at night before sleeping is a serious teeth damaging habits. Since milk and juices contain high amount of sugar which activates bacteria that causes teeth decay and cavitation in the long run. It will be wiser to wash your mouth with water or brushing your teeth after you consume these before bedtime.
